Burak Koçak

Burak Kocak was born in Istanbul in 1991. He studied Industrial Design at Mimar Sinan Fine Arts University Istanbul, after which he undertook a Masters in Product Design at Scuola Politecnica di Design, Milan. He worked with well-known companies from different industries both in Italy and Turkey such as Rapsel, Koleksiyon, Pasabahce, W Hotel, Ersa. His works have shown at various design fairs worldwide including Salone del Mobile, Ambiente and İstanbul Design Week, also recognized by some of the most prestigious awards; IF Design Award and German Design Award. Today his work is primarily focused on product and furniture design, but occasionally he consults with art and design direction.
